| Description: | CIC Life Assurance Limited is a subsidiary of CIC Insurance Group and intends to procure a Life Assurance System (LAS) as part of the on-going business transformation program. This customer centric system will support the growth in business through secure digital channels, business process automation and its ability to scale and adapt to changing customer needs. CIC Life Assurance Limited seeks to leverage the new LAS to transform Group and Individual units and improve customer service through the following: I. Efficient processes, with a high degree of automation. II. Greater flexibility with regard to market channels for purposes of business acquisition/retention, service delivery and interaction with customers and external parties. III. Improved business intelligence, analytics, and reporting. IV. Secure & Scalable to different regions. In this regard, CIC Life Assurance Limited invites eligible firms with prior experience in supplying, implementing, testing and commissioning Life Assurance Systems to submit a response to the Request For Information. Kindly be informed that this is not a request for proposal (RFP). After a review of all the RFI's received we will contact the firms that meet our requirements to request a detailed proposal of their services.
