Number: 60-PRO/2022/9 Date: 10/01/2022 INVITATION FOR TENDER SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 9,360 MTON REFINED CRYSTAL WHITE SUGAR. Tenderers are hereby invited by State Trading Organization Plc. of the Republic of Maldives, for Supply and Delivery of 9,360 Metric Ton Refined Crystal White Sugar. 1. General Description Title: Supply and Delivery of 9,360 Metric Ton Refined Crystal White Sugar. Organization of execution: State Trading Organization Plc. of the Republic of Maldives The Product to be tendered: Refined Crystal White Sugar, manufactured in any country. Delivery: Delivery shall be made in separate shipments. Each shipment shall be in accordance with a schedule set by the Purchaser. 2. Eligible Tenderers are limited to: 2.1 Established Mills or their appointed distributors. 2.2 Parties that have successfully supplied at least 9,000 metric ton Refined Crystal White Sugar to the International Market in the past 02 years. Only the parties who meet the eligibility criteria stated in 2.1 and 2.2 shall be registered under this tender. 3. Tendering Process. Registration and Bid Document: Tenderers can register via email, tenders@sto.mv along with the documents required to verify eligibility. Documents required for registration: Established mills or their appointed distributor letter/certificate BL Copies or any other document that proves successful supply of at least 9,000 metric ton Refined Crystal White Sugar to the International market in the past 02 years. Deadline for Registration is 17th January 2022, 1600hrs. A complete set of Bidding Document in English shall be sent via e-mail on the 18th of January 2022, only to the parties who have successfully registered under the tender. Questions and Replies: Questions shall be type-written in English and shall be sent via email to the address specified below. Deadline for queries is 24th January 2022, 1600hrs. Replies to questions will be given on 26th January 2022. Tender Submission Documents should be mailed to (NOT LATER than on 2nd February 2022, 1600hrs.)
