Consequently, within the project, in order to improve the access to energy services in VMKB Tajikistan, Pamir Energy Company announces a tender for the supply of commercial metering point for 110kV and 35kV transmission networks. 1. Pamir Energy Company has received a grant from the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Office through the AKF UK for implementation of Vanj I project. 2. Pamir Energy Company now invites sealed bids from qualified bidders for the supply of commercial metering point for 110kV and 35kV transmission networks. 3. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures in accordance with the procurement policies of the Pamir Energy Company, NMFA, and is open to all bidders. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Pamir Energy Company, Regional Projects Implementation Unit, and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below and Pamir Energy can also provide the documents electronically, if required. 5. Bid documents can be obtained from Pamir Energy Company in English language by interested bidders upon submission of request to the below mention address. 6. Sealed bids must be delivered to the addresses below in English, Russian or Tajik languages no later than November 17th, 2020 14.00 hours Dushanbe time. Electronic bids, secured by password, can be submitted to the emails below. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 16.00 hours Dushanbe time on November 17th , 2020.
