| Description: | NOTICE OF INTERNATIONAL TENDERS FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF SUPPLIERS AND CONSULTANTS FOR THE TRANSFORM AFRICA SUMMIT 2020 1. The Smart Africa Secretariat will be holding its annual flagship event, the Transform Africa Summit in Conakry, Guinea from the 20th to the 23rd of April 2020. 2. The Smart Africa Secretariat invites bids in closed envelopes from eligible candidates who meet the qualifications required to perform the following services: - Provision of specialist technical production services for the Transform Africa Summit 2020 - Provision of staging and construction services for the Transform Africa Summit 2020 - Provision of catering services for delegates of the Transform Africa Summit 2020 - Provision of creative, design and advertising services for the Smart Africa Secretariat - Provision of Simultaneous Interpretation and Translation Services for the Transform Africa Summit 2020 - Provision of Transportation Services for the Transform Africa Summit 2020 - Provision of temporary staffing services for the Transform Africa Summit 2020 - Provision of Entertainment Services for the Transform Africa Summit 2020 - Provision of Branding and Printing services for Transform Africa Summit 2020 3. The award of the Contract shall be conducted by international competitive bidding as defined in the Rwanda Public Procurement Code, and open to all eligible candidates. 4. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers' representatives if they so wish at the address indicated, on January 7th, 2020, at 3.30 p.m. Bids must remain valid for a period of One Hundred Eighty (180) days from the date of opening. |
