BALOCHISTAN RURAL SUPPORT PROGRAMME
TENDER NOTICE

BRSP under European Union funded Project, Baluchistan Rural Development & Community Empowerment Program (BRACE) Grant No. ACA/2015/369-757, indents to procure assistive devices for Persons with Disabilities in seven Districts (Zhob, Loralai, Pishin, Killa abdullah, Khuzdar, Jhalmagsi & Washuk) of Balochistan. Sealed bids from registered companies / vendors are invited according to below details.

The material used shall be durable, tough, non-reactive to the skin, cosmetic and light weight (As per patients’ requirement).	1000

Note: Quantity of assistive devices can be increased or decreased as per need. The Companies / vendors shall prepare / quote the bids considering the cost of boarding, lodging and meal etc., for the Companies’ team, as the assessment (Actual Measurement) and installation would be done at the targeted areas by the firm itself.

Interested Companies / vendors can collect bidding documents from BRSP Head office (House No. 5-A Sariab Road, Quetta) or can also be download from BRSP’s website www.brsp.org.pk & www.globaltenders.com . Complete bids along with technical proposal (complete profile) and financial offers in separate sealed envelopes, shall reach by April 02, 2019 up to 10:30 am at BRSP office. Tenders will be opened on same day at 11:30 am by BRSP’s Procurement committee in the presence of authorized representatives of the companies’. Bidding documents shall be completed in respect of specification offered and other tender requirements as mentioned in instruction to bidders (ITB) document and BRSP will not consider incomplete tender documents for further evaluation process. Call deposit @ 2% of total bid shall be attached with financial offer.

The qualified companies would be called for provision of samples after technical evaluation to undertake the quality check.

BRSP reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reasons thereof.
