| Description: | REQUEST FOR TENDER Ronphos Corporation undertakes phosphate mining on the Island of Nauru. As part of operational expansions there exists the need for additional mining equipment. Ronphos invite tenders on any / all of the listed items. Situated in Nauru, an island country in the southwest Pacific Ocean, the Republic of Nauru Phosphate Corporation (RONPHOS) is a State Owned Enterprise established on 1st July 2005 by an Act of Parliament. Supply of 1 new excavator mounted drill rig capable of drilling 76 – 105mm diameter holes up to a depth of 25m. (Montabert CPA 295 or similar) Mounted on a new 40 - 50t excavator (Hitachi ZX400LCH or similar) set up with ‘quick hitch’ attachment. A standard rock bucket should also be provided with the excavator. Supply of 1 new Prime Mover of approximately 550hp, with automatic transmission and day cab arrangement. Hydraulic system to be set up suitable for B-double side tipping trailers. (Kenworth T659 or similar) Supply 1 set of B-double side tipping trailers to suit Prime Mover. Trailer capacity to be 15 and 22m3 respectively. Supply of 1 new All terrain forklift of 5-6 tonne capacity. Unit should be diesel powered. (Manitou M-X 50-4 or similar) Supply of 1 new Trailer mounted vacuum loader. Approx 170hp engine with compressor capable of 2350CFM. (Industrial Vacuum Hurricane 500 or similar) Supply of 4 new trailer mounted LED lighting towers. Towers to have hydraulically operated mast and legs and be capable of producing minimum 200,000 effective lumens. (Briteforce LEDStar 1.6K-HL or similar) Supply of 1 Skid-Steer loader of up to 3tonne operating weight. Diesel engine powered with rubber tyres. (Bobcat S450 or similar) Supply of 1 on-highway rigid truck with 20 - 30ft flatbed tray. 16 tonne crane to be mounted to the rear of the tray (Hiab XS 177K HiPro or similar). Crane should have capability to lift 5.0t at a reach of 6.0m Supply of 1 Hydraulic Excavator in backhoe configuration of 40 – 50t operating weight capable of digging to a depth exceeding 4.0m. (Hitachi ZX470LCH or similar). Excavator should be set up with ‘quick hitch’ attachment and be supplied with a standard rock bucket. Supply of 1 Hydraulic Excavator in backhoe configuration of approx. 190t operating weight (Hitachi EX1900 or similar). Excavator should be supplied with a standard rock bucket. Supply of 1 New drum cutter attachment suitable for mounting via quick hitch attachment to a 40 – 50t excavator. (Erkat ER2000-T or similar) Supply of 1 new or used boom lift capable of approximately 20m extension. Must be in compliance with AS2550.10 Supply of Hoses, fittings and sundry items for manufacture of hydraulic hoses for mobile plant as per supplied parts list Appendix A.
