Request for Supplier Qualifications For New Research Building Design Teams Request for Supplier Qualifications No. 833.17 Issued: November 14, 2017 Submission Date: January 10, 2018 at 3:00 PM Local Time RFSQ Notification The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health ("CAMH") is Canada's largest mental health and addiction teaching hospital and a world leading research centre in this field. CAMH combines clinical care, research, education, policy development and health promotion to help transform the lives of people affected by mental illness and addiction. CAMH is fully affiliated with the University of Toronto, and is a Pan American Health Organization/World Health Organization Collaborating Centre. CAMH wishes to pre-qualify Architectural Planners, Design Architects and Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Teams (the "Design Teams") to deliver planning and design services (the "Deliverables") for the new 300,000 sq. ft. Research Building on the Queen Street campus in downtown Toronto. The new Research Building will include wet lab, dry/computational lab, imaging and animal facilities, inclusive of surgical suites. Proponents are encouraged to fully respond to this RFSQ, as a short list of qualified Proponents will be subsequently invited to respond to an RFP, likely to be issued in early 2018, following CAMH Board approval. Proponents are required to carefully respond to the Mandatory criteria and the Additional RFSQ Requirements.
