EXPRESSION OF INTEREST CREATIVE AND ADVERTISING IN SINGAPORE Background Tourism Fiji's primary role is to ensure that Fiji is promoted and marketed as a tourist destination for the purpose of maximizing sustainable and long term benefits to Fiji. Our Brand positioning – 'Fiji where happiness finds you' embodies the essence of Fiji – the people, its culture, its diversity and natural beauty. Singapore is an emerging market for Fiji. In 2016 Fiji's National Carrier, Fiji Airways, commenced direct flights (2 a week) from Singapore to Nadi, Fiji. There is an opportunity to capitalise on the improved access. Hereby is a tender wherein Tourism Fiji invites expressions of interest from reputable companies in Singapore with a proven track record of brand creative and advertising. Our marketing activities cover all applicable channels, including mainstream Above-the-Line media, as well as digital/social channels. (N.B. channel/media planning and buying is not the focus of this is Expression of Interest). Key Objective of this Expression of Interest (EOI) Our overall objective is to find the best creative agency partner for Tourism Fiji : - That will provide the creative campaign strategic direction that will position Fiji prominently and raise the destination profile in market. - Embrace innovation and demonstrate a desire to take us forward using digital and social platforms. - One with a capacity for smart thinking and creative excellence that builds on our brand and successfully carves out a unique/ownable positioning that sets us apart from other destinations. We are searching for an agency partner that will fulfill the above objectives and ultimately help us meet our business goal of getting more visitors to Fiji. Key criteria we're looking for : - Track record of creative excellence. - Great strategic handle on our business, it's drivers and how we need to position Fiji to deliver more visitors and drive economic benefit for the destination; will need the ability to incorporate research findings into their thinking and approach. - Ability to deliver in the Singapore market and may extend to other countries in the SE Asia region. - Experience in the tourism category. - Good value; not about being the cheapest, but offering good value and being affordable enough to mean we can fully utilize their services.
