The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Supply Of Telecare Devices For The Implementation Of Two Advanced Telecare Pilot Projects, Aimed At Monitoring And Intelligent Analysis Of Routines And Behavioral Patterns Of Elderly People In A Situation Of Dependency. The Contract Includes The Delivery Of 200 Units Of Complete Kits, Composed Of Specific Sensors (Humidity, Movement, Occupancy And Opening), Integrated Into A Management Platform Equipped With Machine Learning Capabilities. Oriented To The Predictive Detection Of Anomalies And The Definition Of Behavioral Profiles. The System Will Also Include An Open And Documented Api, Individualized Configuration Software. Also Included Is The Support And Maintenance Necessary To Ensure The Correct Functioning And Updating Of The System During The Term Of The Contract, As Well As An Extended Warranty That Covers Both The Physical And Digital Components Supplied During An Established Period. Before The Award And Formalization Of The Contract, A Test Or Demonstration Of The Operation Of A Kit Will Be Carried Out, In Order To Verify Its Correct Performance. This Testing Must Be Carried Out With The Potential Successful Bidder As Part Of The Process Prior To The Award Of The Contract, As An Essential Technical Condition.
