In Addition To The Drafting Of The Projects Mentioned, The Successful Bidder Will Have To Take The Following Specific Benefits: - The Writing Of The Mandatory Health And Safety Study, In Accordance With The Regulations For The Prevention Of Occupational Risks And The Conditions Of The Work. - The Preparation Of The Quality Control Plan Of The Projected Work. - The Complete Optional Management Of The Works, Including The Construction Management, The Material Execution Management And The Coordination Of Health And Safety During The Execution Phase. - The Preparation Of A Physical Model At 1: 100 Of The Proposal, With A Sufficient Level Of Definition For Its Public Exposure And For The Technical Support For Decision -Making. - Attendance At Technical Monitoring Meetings, Convened By The Municipal Services During The Process Of Drafting The Project And During The Execution Of The Works. - Participation In Public Presentation Sessions, With Preparation Of The Necessary Graphic Material And Exhibition Related To The Specifications Of Technical Clauses, Consisting Of Three A0 Panels On Rigid Support Of The Definitive Proposal For The Communication And Dissemination Of The Project To The Citizenry And The Agents Involved.
