Therefore, This Contract Is Absolutely Necessary To Be Able To Operate The Leachate Treatment Plant, Which Usually Works Throughout The Year 24 Hours A Day. Therefore, It Is Necessary To Always Have This Product Within Reach To Avoid Undue Stops And Stoppages That Would Hinder The Processes, Which Would Mean Greater Economic Costs And Increase The Accumulation Of Stored Leachate, Which Means That It Is Necessary To Ensure That The Storage Of This Product Is Always Higher Than 30%. This Contract Is An Essential Necessity To Be Able To Have This Product For The Correct Operation Of The Leachate Treatment Plant, And To Avoid The Undue Shutdown Of This Installation Due To A Lack Of Raw Materials.
