Action 27: Digitization Of Municipal Library Catalogs - Creation Of A Smart Municipal Library The Digitization Of The Catalog Of The Municipal Library, The Creation Of An Application (Web-Mobile App Which Will Be Available On Both Android And Ios) Displaying Its Catalogs And The Support Of A System Of Borrowing Books By Citizens - Users Are Foreseen. Action 28: Digitization Of Local Cultural Heritage (The Possession And Jurisdiction Of Which Belongs To The Municipality) At The Heart Of The Action Are The Highlighting And Promotion Of The Historical And Cultural Points Of Interest Of The Municipality Through Innovative And Functional Digital Applications And Equipment. It Is Possible To Visit (Digital And Virtual) Digital Routes Of History, Museums And Monuments, Archaeological And Cultural Areas Of Responsibility. Action 30: Electronic Budget Consultation System, Technical Program The Municipality Will Be Given The Opportunity To Conduct Consultations With Citizens Via The Internet. Through Authentication, Citizens Will Comment, Interact With The Municipal Authority, Propose, Answer Questionnaires On Matters Concerning The Municipality. As A Result, Citizens' Proposals Based On The Most Popular Choice Will Be Published. Action 35: Central Single Platform For Management And Data Collection Of Local Government Digital Transformation Actions The Platform Will Collect Data And Manage Functions From Individual "Smart" Applications And Provide Services To Citizens, Businesses And City Officials. In The Central Unified Smart City Data Collection And Management Platform, It Should Be Possible To Connect All The "Smart" Applications Of The Municipality, Existing, In The Context Of The Specific Project, But Also Future Ones, In Order To Monitor And Operate All "Smart" Applications, Through A Single And Integrated Environment. Access To The Central Unified Management Platform Should Be Achieved &Amp;#181;Securely &Amp;#181;Through A Simple Browser, Without Requiring The Installation Of Special Software. Action 38: Electronic Invoicing The Electronic Invoicing System Is A Necessity In Otas, Based On Legislation In The Context Of The Execution Of Public Contracts.
