Human resources is the set of people who make up the workforce of an organization, business sector, industry, or economy. A narrower concept is human capital, the knowledge and skills which the individuals command. Similar terms include manpower, labor, personnel, associates or simply: people. The human-resources department (HR department) of an organization performs human resource management, overseeing various aspects of employment, such as compliance with labor law and employment standards, interviewing, administration of employee benefits, organizing of employee files with the required documents for future reference, and some aspects of recruitment (also known as talent acquisition) and employee offboarding. They serve as the link between an organization's management and its employees. The duties include planning, recruitment and selection process, posting job ads, evaluating the performance of employees, organizing resumes and job applications, scheduling interviews and assisting in the process and ensuring background checks. Another job is payroll and benefits administration which deals with ensuring vacation and sick time are accounted for, reviewing payroll, and participating in benefits tasks, like claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoices for payment. HR also coordinates employee relations activities and programs including but not limited to employee counseling. The last job is regular maintenance, this job makes sure that the current HR files and databases are up to date, maintaining employee benefits and employment status and performing payroll/benefit-related reconciliations.

There is no general agreement either on what geographic area constitutes Central Europe, nor on how to further subdivide it geographically. At times, the term "Central Europe" denotes a geographic definition as the Danube region in the heart of the continent, including the language and culture areas which are today included in the states of Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and usually also Austria and Germany, but never Russia and other countries of the former Soviet Union towards the Ural mountains. Depending on context, Central European countries are sometimes grouped as Eastern or Western European countries, collectively or individually but some place them in Eastern Europe instead for instance Austria can be referred to as Central European, as well as Eastern European or Western European and Slovenia can sometimes be placed in either Southeastern or Eastern Europe. The 15 countries comprising this subregion are Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

(An Initial Contract For Lot 1 "Lot N°1 Mission N°1" Will Be Awarded At The End Of The Tender Process Together With The Framework Agreement.) • Lot 2 – Processes Redesign And Documentation: Focuses On Business Process Redesign Using S/4Hana Best Practices And Applying A Dedicated Framework For Process Modelling And Documentation. Mandatory Certification In The Aris Platform Is Required For This Lot. • Lot 3 – Assistance To Manage The Transformation Program: Provides Independent Program Management Support Services Such As Coordination, Reporting, Risk And Quality Management, Planning, And Stakeholder Alignment. The Contractor Under Lot 3 Will Operate Independently From The Implementation Teams (Lot 1 And Others), And Report Directly To The University’S Designated Program Governance Structures. • Lot 4 – Organisational Redesign And Change Management: Addresses The Human And Organizational Aspects Of The Transformation, Including Stakeholder Engagement, Training, Communication, And Support For New Roles And Responsibilities Resulting From The Redesigned Processes. This Structure Allows Expert Providers To Propose For The Lot(S) Best Aligned With Their Core Competencies, While Ensuring Coordinated And Phased Execution Of The Overall Program. Each Lot Will Be Awarded Separately Under This Competitive Procedure With Negotiation. This Procedure Is Aimed At Concluding For Each Lot, A Framework Agreement With A Single Contracting Party. Candidates Are Encouraged To Submit An Application For One, Several, Or All Lots. However, Due To A Potential Conflict Of Interest Between The Roles Of System Integrator (Lot 1) And Programme Management Assistance (Lot 3), A Same Tenderer May Not Be Awarded Both Lot 1 And Lot 3 — Whether Acting As Sole Tenderer, Member Of A Consortium, Or Subcontractor. Consequently, Candidates Are Allowed To Submit An Application And An Offer For Both Lots 1 And 3, But They May Only Be Awarded One Of The Two.
