For equipment not lower than safety class 3 as per NP-001 (hereinafter - class equipment) (94,96%)
1) contract price (significance of criterion P1i: 90 %);
2) Bidder’s qualification (significance of criterion Qu1i: 5%), including - bidder’s experience (significance of sub-criterion Eb1i – 100%) ;
3) Experience of equipment manufacturer (significance of criterion Em1i – 5%).

For equipment of safety class 4, having manufacture control and assessment of conformity in the form of acceptance (4,68%)
1) contract price (significance of criterion P2i: 90 %);
2) Bidder’s qualification (significance of criterion Qu2i: 5%), including - bidder’s experience (significance of sub-criterion Eb2i – 100%) ;
3) Experience of equipment manufacturer (significance of criterion Em2i – 5%).

For equipment of safety class 4, without manufacture control and assessment of conformity in the form of acceptance (0,36%)
