The initial maximum price of the contract (IMP) is published as part of the procurement documents available on the website indicated in Clause 2 of this Contract Notice.

Submission of alternative proposals is not allowed.

All the necessary information about the time-frames is provided in Appendix 2 "Technical Part" to the Notice of Procurement/ procurement documents and in Appendix 1 "Draft Contract" to the Notice of Procurement/ procurement documents.

In the course of the procurement, documents shall be prepared in English.
The request for participation prepared by the bidder and all procurement-related correspondence and documentation exchanged between the bidders and the procurement agent at any stage of the procurement shall be in English. Documents prepared in another language shall be accompanied by a translation into English. The responsibility for the translation accuracy shall be borne by the bidder.
The Procurement Commission will review the documents in English.
Documents prepared in other languages that are not accompanied by a translation into English shall be deemed not filed and the information contained in such documents shall not be taken into account when the request for participation is reviewed.
