1) Form and method of the procurement procedure: Public one-stage request for proposals in electronic form without pre-qualification selection.

2) The procurement is conducted in accordance with the Unified Industry Procurement Standard (Procurement Regulations) of Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation with amendments approved by the resolution of the Supervisory Board of Rosatom State Corporation (Minutes No. 189 dated 13.02.2024) subject to the Resolution of the Category Strategy Expert Review Group of the Engineering Division of Rosatom State Corporation and insofar as not contradicting the Procurement Policy annexed to the executed EPC Contract for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction of PAKS-2 NPP Power Units No. 5, 6 in Hungary No. 40/7570-D dated 09.12.2014 between the Customer and Paks II Private Limited Liability Company (located at: 1 Gagarin Street, Paks, 7030, hereinafter referred to as Paks II LLC).
The procurement is not regulated by Federal Law No. 223-FZ dated July 18, 2011 "On the Procurement of Goods, Works and Services by Certain Types of Legal Entities".

3) Subject matter of the procurement: Right to Enter into an Equipment Supply Contract for Lot No. 21688/450 Paks5,6 "Supply of Fire Water Runoff Pumps for the Construction of Paks NPP Power Units No. 5, 6"

Advance payments may be reduced or completely excluded.

EUR 1,383,578.59 with Hungarian VAT (27%), including:
- Price of equipment: EUR 1,299,758.59 with Hungarian VAT (27%);
- Price of installation supervision service: EUR 83,820.00 with Hungarian VAT (27%).

EUR 1,089,431.99 without VAT, including:
- Price of equipment: EUR 1,023,431.99 without VAT;
- Price of installation supervision service: EUR 66,000.00 without VAT.
