| Description: | 1. NPAK Energy Limited (hereinafter called “the Client”) has received financing from the European Union for Development of Energy Master Plan for the Electrification of Gilgit Baltistan Province and Chitral District of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Province in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. 2. The Client now invites proposals to provide the following consulting services (hereinafter called "Services"): Selection of tender agent for development of ToR and procurement of Consulting Service for undertaking; Task 1: Energy Master Plan for Gilgit Baltistan and its Critical Review Task 2: Energy Master Plan for Chitral and its Critical Review, and their subsequent review and supervision of the task's performance Services are provided in the Terms of Reference (Section 7). 3.
