| Description: | NAMA Electricity Distribution Company has announced a tender for Consultancy Services for Ami Program Tender No: NEDC/2024/088 Description: CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR AMI PROGRAM Last Date of purchasing: 22/04/2024 Last Date for Submission: 14/05/2024 Tender Bord Grade: Specialist Type of Participation: LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL Tender Bond: 1% of the bid value Tender fee OMR: 500/- • Specialized companies registered with Tender Board Registration Certificate and their valid registration can apply to purchase the tender document website via the link: https://isupplier.nama.om:4443/OA_HTML/OA.jsp?OAFunc=TENNEDC • Every company or specialized institution wishing to participate in this tender must attach with its bid a Bid Bond in the form of a bank guarantee from one of the banks operating in the Sultanate of Oman, addressed to the name of the Chairman of the Minor Tender Committee and valid for a period of (120) days from Bid submission date. Any bid that does not contain the Bid Bond will be disqualified. • The original Bid Bond must be submitted in an envelope sealed with red wax and addressed to the name of the Chairman of the Minor Tender Committee and written on outside the project name, the tender number and it should be placed in the tender box in NAMA Electricity Distribution Company (S.A.O.C) in Muscat, Airport Heights before 10:00 AM of the last day for submitting bids. • The tender fees are not refundable, however, tenderers who holding Riyada card issued by Public Authority for SME Development will be exempt from providing the Tender Fee & the Bid Bond. • The Tenderer shall submit the Technical Offer (separate) and the Financial Offer (separate) on the company's website via the link: https://isupplier.nama.om:4443/OA_HTML/OA.jsp?OAFunc=TENNEDC • The offers shall be valid for a period of (120) days from the date of bid submission. • Bids must be submitted before 10:00 AM of the last day for bid submission. • All Clarifications should be directed to the website via the link: https://isupplier.nama.om:4443/OA_HTML/OA.jsp?OAFunc=TENNEDC, the deadline for submitting inquiries for the Tender is on 07/05/2024 • NAMA Electricity Distribution Company (S.A.O.C) is not bound to accept the lowest tender. • We would like to inform you that above documents prices do not include VAT 5% and it will be charged if purchase invoice issued. |
