Youth owned companies will pay BWP550 (five hundred and fifty pula only) non-refundable fee upon submission of Identity Document (Omang) and company documentation payable to the BVI Account details provided below. Proof of payment must be emailed to procurement@bvi.co.bw. The following Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be COMPULSORY: • Steel toe safety shoes/ boots • Work wear (industrial clothing, such as, overalls, jeans, etc) • Hard hat / bump cap Failure to wear the required PPE will result in the bidder being denied access to the site visit, and their bid will be disqualified from consideration.
