The Object Of The Contract Is The Supply Of The Materials (Submersible Pumping Units, Spare Parts For Pumps And Motors, Cables, Steel Pipes, Wireless Remote Control, Electrical Material For Pump Station And Drilling Panels, Etc.) And The Work That Will Be Required Each Time To Repair Damage In Boreholes And Irrigation Pumping Stations Of The Municipality Of Almopia. The Work Includes Work With Mechanical Means Of Extracting And Repositioning A Pump Assembly To A Maximum Depth Of 200 M, Electrician Work, Maintenance Of Electrical Panels, Disconnection And Reconnection Of Motors, Repair Work Of Pumps And Motors And Testing Of Underwater Pump Assemblies In A Test Room. This Contract Is A Mixed Contract Concerning The Supply Of Products Which Is Also The "Main Part" Of The Contract, Given That Its Estimated Value Exceeds That Of The Provision Of Services. The Realization Of The Object Of Each Of The Two Distinct Parts Of The Contract Cannot Be Performed As A Separate Part Without Adverse Consequences. This Contract Is Not Divided Into Parts And Will Be Awarded As A Single Mixed Supply-Service Contract With The Main Object Of The Supply, In Accordance With No. 01/2024 Study Of The Directorate Of Technical Services, Environment And Urban Planning Of The Municipality Of Almopia.
