The Administrative Notification Service Can Only Be Carried Out By A Specific Economic Operator, By Virtue Of Law 43/2010, Of December 30, On The Universal Postal Service, Users' Rights And The Postal Market, Which Establishes A Period Of Exclusivity For Sociedad Estatal De Correos Y Telegrafos S.A. As The Exclusive Operator For The Practice Of Administrative Notification.
