The project comprises the main contracting of the following items to the extent presented in the plan documents.1. Construction of the new maintenance building of karhumäenkenta. The building is a wooden frame, with a panel on its facades, with a bitumen linen external. In connection with the renovation of the mainstay of the mainstream canopy, a new auditorium has been built in 2018. In connection with the contract of the maintenance building, the main auditorium is to be covered. The roof of the main stand is wood/steel and is covered with a wooden roof structure.
