  Description - Tenders Are Invited For Two (2) Years Term Contract Maintenance For General Repair Works At Brunei International Defence Exhibition And Conference Centre (Bridex), Jerudong, Negara Brunei Darussalam Tender Fee : Bnd $50.00 Only Interested Parti  es Should Be: • Local Company Who Are Registered With Ministry Of Development, Negara Brunei Darussalam With Class Ii And Above With Category Of Works – Building Works (B01) And Electrical Wiring Installation (E01) • Having At Least Minimum Of 3 Years’ Experiences In Carrying Out Term Contract Maintenance For Banquet Hall Or Exhibition Halls. The Works Shall Include: - A) Building Maintenance And Repair Works; B) Minor Renovation And Structural Repair Works; And C) Minor Electrical Works. • Having Adequate Manpower To Carry Out Scheduled Works, Attend Complaints And Emergency Works And Able To Provide Dedicated And Experienced Key Personnel For The Contract. • Such Manpower Shall Be Ready With Its Full Team And Able To Deploy Its Manpower Immediately Upon Awarded. • The Company Must Be Committed To Adhere With Local Business Development Initiatives. Having Minimum 15% Of Local Manpower To Be Deployed On Commencement And Committed To Increase To More Than 20% Local Manpowe
