  Description - Expressions of interest for Using remote sensing & artificial intelligence to measure trade node activity and beyond The World Bank is seeking for a data analytics partner (herein the consultant) to perform the following activities: 1. Identify ea  rth observation data, complementary non-spatial (attributes) data, training datasets, and anything else needed for the tasks listed above; identify ground truthing data needs if required by the different use cases 2. Validate and propose relevant metrics and indicators applied to each of the problem areas (e.g. lorry queue length in meters, etc. ) and describe the main attributes, data needs and feasibility 3. Identify, adapt, or develop open-source machine learning solutions and methodologies for the use cases above, on target AOIs4. Test and compare alternative candidate data science solutions and metrics. Document their performance and validate with alternative information sources made available by the World Bank (e.g., truck-based GPS transponder data, cell phone tracking, tasked ground truthing, etc.) 5. Replicate the workflows by applying the ML solution to other areas of interest (AOIs), as required 6. Document workflows through data science notebooks, dedicated for the project,
