Description - Call for Tenders for Development works for a pedestrian promenade along the eastern shore of the Porto-Novo lagoon % - The development of the paved promenade lanes over 866 ml, including street furniture, signage, public lighting and alignment plan tings; - The development of 19,758 m² of new squares in concrete slabs or beaten earth along the route of the promenade; - The development of 1535 ml of promenade on wooden decking, concrete block foundation; - The development of 973 ml of promenade on floating wooden decking or on stilts; - The development and construction of 08 piers / landing stages and 01 belvedere; - The planting and development of green spaces as well as the reforestation of natural spaces bordering the promenade. The completion period for the work is nine (09) months. The start of works will only be authorized after validation and implementation of the Action and Resettlement Plan (RAP). 1. The Town Hall of Porto-Novo has obtained funding from the French Development Agency ("AFD") to finance the cost of the "Porto-Novo, green city" project.
