Description - Description: The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Iris Technology Corporation (Iris) CAGE: 78535 for the issuance of a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantit y (IDIQ) contract. The IDIQ will be for the procurement of Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPSs) and cables. The Government anticipates delivery orders to be issued on a Firm-Fixed-Price basis. Only Iris manufactures UPSs and cables that meet the unique combination of requirements for form, fit, function, and performance while maintaining configuration management and interoperability within the RIS FoS and have passed the required testing.
