NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to Cel?c Terahertz Technology Limited under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been det ermined that Cel?c Terahertz Technology Limited is the only source that provides the custom components for the equipment currently in place at NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center.
