Description - Reserve cooling is needed for the Munch Museum in Bjørvika. In order to deliver thermal energy in the form of cooling, the client or provider must have access to land in the immediate area to establish an energy center and associated infrastructure. Due to PBE's refusal to use the museum roof and the fact that the technical room in the basement is full, the client cannot make land/area available. The client also has no other relevant land/area nearby. There has been extensive work over several years to find a solution to the challenges, without success.
