Description - Description: The Irish Prison Services is seeking to establish a Multi Party Framework Agreement for Construction Contracts with an estimated value above €12,500,000. IPS require general Design and Build Contractors to deliver a range of projects w ithin secure Justice sites in both the Open and Closed Estate.
