Description - Description: Within the CEP Upgrade project, a tender was previously issued for two network switches for the Central Processor. The focus is now on the following steps: • Replacement of the Cobalt 2 correlator used for interferometry and beamformin g by a new GPU based Cobalt 3 system that supports data processing with tensor cores at the speeds required for the DUPLLO project; • Replacement of the CEP4 post-processing cluster and data storage by a comparable CEP6 cluster and CEP6 data storage that are capable of supporting the required calculations and data rates for the DUPLLO project.
