Description - Description: This operation concerns the energy renovation of the hotel in the Department of Eure (HDD), headquarters of the Eure Department Council, it is a question of resetting the building to thermally and technically level. The hotel building wa s built in 1982/83 to accommodate the services of the Eure department.
