Description - This Statement of Objectives (SOO) defines requirements for Contractor to Engineer, Design, Furnish, Install, and Test (EDFI&T) expansions to add and integrate five (5) new RSSs into the existing standalone GV system at RAF Fairford and one (1) new R SS into the existing standalone GV system at RAF Welford to provide for areas lacking real-time intelligible acoustic coverages. The GV expansion at RAF Fairford shall reuse the existing UHF frequency for the digital two-way UHF radio communications links, and the GV expansion at RAF Welford shall reuse the existing VHF frequency for the digital two-way VHF radio communications links.
