A framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum of 3 economic operators according to the provisions of art . 114 and art.115, para. (1)and para. (2), letter b) of Law no. 98/2016, art.9, par. (3), letter b) of GD 395/2016, with the subsequent modifications and completions.The subsequent contracts of the framework agreement will be concluded monthly, quarterly or semester, according to the budget fundsalso available the needs of the contracting authority.The subsequent contracts will be concluded without resuming the competition in accordance with art.
