Description - The Government of Georgia signed a Loan Agreement for financing the implementation of Log-in Georgia Project (“Project”) with the World Bank. The proposed Project development objective is to increase access to affordable broadband internet, and t o promote its use by individuals and enterprises in targeted rural settlements. The objective of this assignment is to develop and implement a fully expressed Communications Campaign (based on the purpose and mission of the Project) for the Project, which incorporates customized approaches to effectively inform and engage various types of stakeholders, especially the local citizens, ISP’s and SME’s, in the program targeted geographical areas
