Description - The listed former roundhouse in the Osnabrück city area in the immediate vicinity of the Osnabrück main station and the Hase is being converted and renovated into the CIC Coppenrath Innovation Centre. Construction phases 1-3 have already been award ed and are currently being built. The subject of the current award procedure is the 4th construction phase. The client is a joint company of the city of Osnabrück and the Aloys and Brigitte Coppenrath Foundation and acts as the client for the 4th construction phase of the project.
