Description - i) The district of Cloppenburg, as the competent authority within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and Council of October 23, 2007 on public passenger transport services (VO 1370/2007), intends to place public s ervice contracts (ÖDA) on public passenger transport services in on-demand bus services in its assign jurisdiction. The object of the planned ÖDA in each case is all current and future public passenger transport services in the "moobil+" line bundles north, west and east.
