Description - RFQ 36C24223Q0489 Special Notice: NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2, Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a Firm-Fixed Price sole source purchase order with Sure hand lift for the purpose of replaci ng the existing lift at the Syracuse VAMC. This lift is a full body lift that is used for training SCI Veteran on how to use. Due to the fact that the full body lifts will be ordered for their homes. This direct patient care procurement is needed for our SCI Veteran. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Surehands llc -FAR 8.405-6 -(a) (1)(b), as no other source of supplies will satisfy agency requirements. Surehands is a unique source.
