Description - The subject of the Public Contract is the supply and service of 16 large-capacity trams of the same type. At the same time, in accordance with Article 3.4 of the procurement documentation, the contracting authority reserves the right to change the ob ligation from the contract consisting in increasing the total number of delivered trams, namely in the number of a maximum of 9 additional high-capacity trams of the same type.
