Description - This Market orientation is being conducted by the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (in Dutch: Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland, RVO).In a joint statement from the NSEC ministerial meeting in Dublin during the Irish presidency in 2022 the Ministers and the Commissioner recognised considerable supply chain bottleneck challenges impacting developers of offshore renewables projects, which could undermine the ability of NSEC to meet the ambitious offshore energy goals.
