Description - Description The Grace Hospital, located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, has an existing Swisslog pneumatic tube system installed at the site and the system requires a hardware and software upgrade, with a one-year software maintenance agreement (the “Produc t”).  Shared Health has identified one vendor (the “Intended Vendor”) to provide the Product.Shared Health has reason to believe that only the Intended Vendor is able to provide this Product for the following reasons: The upgraded hardware and software must be compatible with the existing pneumatic tube system (equipment hardware and software).
