Please be advised that a Site Visit is scheduled for Wednesday 8th July, 2016 at 2:30 P.M. Tenderers are asked to assemble at the Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission Cove Power Station followed by the Scarborough Power Station. Tenderers must provide their transportation for these visits.
All Tenderers are reminded that they must be equipped with their PPE. This includes Safety boots, Safety Helmet, Flame Retardant Clothing (FRC), Ear Plugs or Ear Muffs and Safety Glasses. Only intrinsically safe electronic equipment will be allowed into engine hall, all other equipment which does not meet this requirement will not be allowed into Cove engine hall. Arrangement should be made to have these safely stored during the Cove engine hall visit.

TO 11:45 A.M. AND 1:00 P.M. TO 3:00 P.M. MONDAYS TO FRIDAYS EXCEPT PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, UPON PAYMENT OF THE NON-REFUNDABLE FEES SHOWN ABOVE.
The same hours are applicable for submission of completed tenders.
• Please note that persons who are purchasing and dropping off tenders are required to observe the dress code. Persons dressed in sleeveless tops, slippers, or short pants will NOT be allowed to enter the compound.
THE CLOSING DATE AND TIME IS FINAL AND ATTEMPTS TO SUBMIT BIDS AFTER THAT WILL NOT BE ALLOWED. THE TIME USED WOULD BE THAT TAKEN FROM THE COMMISSION'S CLOCK LOCATED NEXT TO THE TENDER BOX.
