The combine route length of the diversion is 2km.

Documents may be obtained from the Supplies Manager, Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission, LP #846, Southern Main Road, King Village, California, Trinidad, West Indies BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9:00 AM TO 11:45 AM AND 1:00 PM TO 3:00 PM, UPON PAYMENT OF THE NON-REFUNDABLE FEES SHOWN ABOVE.

Please be advised that a site visit is scheduled for the following tender:

Tender No. *9480 – on Friday 11th October, 2013 at 8:30 A.M.

Tenderers are required to assemble at T&TEC Transmission office located at HCU Convention Centre, Sir Solomon Hochoy Highway, Freeport, Trinidad, West Indies.

N.B. Due to the short deadline for tender submissions and the urgency to have this project completed, it is critical that all Tenderers attend the pre-bid conference and site visit. All Tenderers are reminded that they must be equipped with their P.P.E. (minimum Safety shoes and Hat) for the respective site visit.

Tenders from locally registered companies must be accompanied by:

Certificates from the Board of Inland Revenue, the VAT Administration and the National Insurance Board to the effect that your firm has fulfilled the obligations under the Income Tax Act , the Value Added Tax Act and the National Insurance Act to the satisfaction of the Board of Inland Revenue, the VAT Administration and the National Insurance Board respectively.

TENDERERS WHOSE BIDS DO NOT INCLUDE THE ABOVE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
