NATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS AUTHORITY (GHANA) INVITATION FOR TENDERS INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVE TENDERING (ICT) 1. The National Communications Authority (NCA) intends to apply part of its budgetary allocations to fund eligible payments for the underlisted procurement: Lot - 1a-c Brief Description - Supply and Installation of Quality of Service Test Equipment and Replacement of Mobile Test Devices Package Number - GR/NCA/GD/042/22 Qty. - Various Bid Security - 2% of Total Tender Price Delivery Period - As indicated in the Tender Document 2. The NCA invites sealed Tenders from eligible suppliers for the above procurement. Tendering will be conducted through the International Competitive Tendering (ICT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) and the its Amended Act 2016 (Act 914) and Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. 3. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender documents at the Procurement Department of the National Communications Authority from 08:30 hours to 16:30 hours local time from Monday, 24th January,2022 to Friday, 18th February, 2022. 4. A complete set of Tender documents in ENGLISH may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address (i) below and upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of Four Hundred United States Dollars (USD400.00) or its equivalent in Ghana Cedis. The method of payment shall be Cash only. 5. Tenders must be delivered to the address (ii) below, on or before 11.00am on Friday, 18th February, 2022. Late Tenders shall be rejected. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Two percent (2%) of the Tender Price quoted. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at the National Communications Authority- Airport City (5th Floor Meeting Room) at 11.00 a.m. local time, Friday, 18th February, 2022. i.
