Silent Ltd, hereby solicits bids to purchase the Company's inventory of automobile exhausts as per the attached List. The List includes the price for each item prior to the Tender. Bids may be tendered for the entire inventory or part of it and should state the offered price on the items the bidder intends to purchase. The goods will be shipped by the Company FOB (New York). Bids must be received no later than Monday, February 6. The Company reserves the negotiate with any bidder and will not be bound to accept the highest bid.
