TENDER INVITATION FOR SETTING UP 1 X 250 MW COAL BASED THERMAL POWER PLANT; INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING
UM Power Limited (UMPL), a company of the UM Group of Companies, is a Special Purpose Vehicle promoted for the setting up of a 1 x 250 MW coal based Thermal Power Plant in Dibiyapur, Auraiya District, Uttar Pradesh, India.
The UM Group is a 1200 Crore Rupees, Indian conglomerate, with business interests in Power, Hydrocarbons, Telecom and Automotive Sectors.
Tenders are invited from reputed & established International Suppliers / EPC Contractors for DESIGN, ENGINEERING, MANUFACTURE, FABRICATION, ASSEMBLY, TESTING AT MANUFACTURER'S WORKS, SUPPLY, ERECTION, TESTING & COMMISSIONING and conducting PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE TESTS as well as FINAL ACCEPTANCE TESTS of the 1 x 250 MW Power Plant being developed by UM Power Limited. UMPL is inviting bids for submission of a single EPC contract for the Project. Bids can be submitted by a single entity or by a consortium of entities. In case of a consortium, the constituent bidders shall be jointly and severally responsible for the performance of the Contract.

Authorised Representatives of Bidders can obtain the Tender Documents by furnishing their request letters along with credentials. The request letters shall be accompanied by the Tender Fee of Rs. 5, 00,000/-(Rupees Five Lakhs only) or USD 10,000 (USD Ten Thousand only). Tender Fee in the form of Demand Draft has to be drawn in favour of UM POWER LIMITED, Payable at Gurgaon.
