As part of the Pakistan-Afghanistan-Tajikistan Regional Integration Program (PATRIP), KfW Entwicklungsbank and the Federal Foreign Office, through the newly established PATRIP Foundation, has allocated a grant to the Aga Khan Foundation United Kingdom for upgrading of the transmission line in Darvaz district of GBAO, Tajikistan with the purpose of electrification of the Cross Border Community of Nusai and Mohi-Mai villages of the Darvaz vulusvoli, Afghanistan.
Consequently, Pamir Energy Company announces tender for the supply of one specialized truck for transportation of the poles and equipment to the off-road areas in Afghanistan.

1. Pamir Energy Company has received a grant from the PATRIP Foundation and the German Federal Foreign Office through the Aga Khan Foundation (United Kingdom) (AKF (UK)) under the Pakistan-Afghanistan-Tajikistan Regional Integration Program.
2. Pamir Energy Company now invites sealed bids from qualified bidders for the supply of one specialized truck for transportation of the poles in off-road areas.
3. Bidding will be conducted through International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures in accordance with the procurement policies of the PATRIP Foundation, and is open to all bidders.
4. Interested qualified bidders may obtain further information from Pamir Energy Company, Business Development Unit, and inspect the Bidding Documents in Russian and English languages electronically or at the address given below from January 19, 2012, 9-00 to 17-00 hours (local time).
5. Bid documents can be obtained from Pamir Energy Company in English and Russian languages by interested bidders upon submission of request to the below mention address.
6. Sealed bids must be delivered to the addresses below in English or Russian languages at or before February 16, 2012 at 15.00 hours Dushanbe time. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 16.00 hours Dushanbe time on February 14th, 2012
7. During the evaluation and competitive bid selection, preference will be given to the bids, meeting the following cases:
- Acceptable bid price (Pamir Energy Company is free of VAT, therefore the participants must indicate the cost of VAT separately);
- Acceptable payment terms;
- The short-term delivery phase is required. The truck should be delivered to the final destination by April 30, 2012 at the latest:
- Delivery terms: CIP Khorog (the center of the region), GBAO, Tajikistan
- Production date: not later than 2011 (new with 0 millage)
