The [Housing Development Corporation Ltd] invites tenders from eligible bidders for the design, execution and completion of government supported housing units in Hulhumale’ Phase II, of which the whole development will be awarded to several bidders whereby each bidder shall be allowed to submit a single proposal for the [Development of 1000 Housing Units in Hulhumale' Phase 2, 2017] (hereinafter called the "Works" or "Project") and the remedying of any defects therein. 2. The finance for the project has to be arranged by the contractor. 3. Eligible interested Tenderers may obtain further information about this Invitation of Tenders from, and inspect the tender documents at the office of [Housing Development Corporation Ltd, 3rd Floor, HDC Building, Hulhumale', Republic of Maldives. 4. A complete set of the tender documents may be obtained by eligible interested Tenderers from the following link: www.hdc.com.mv/bids . Bidders may contact us at to acquire the bid document. 5.
