Please be advised that a site visit is scheduled for Tender No. 9917 on Friday 06th May, 2016 from 9:00 A.M. Tenderers are asked to assemble at the Cove Power Station Tobago. All Tenderers are reminded that they must be equipped with their PPE. This includes Flame Retardant Clothing (FRC), Safety Helmets, Safety Boots and Safety Glasses.

Please note that persons who are purchasing and dropping off tenders are required to observe the dress code which obtains at the stated location. Persons dressed in sleeveless tops, slippers, or short pants will NOT be allowed to enter the compound.

Tenders from locally registered companies must be accompanied by:

• Certificates from the Board of Inland Revenue, the VAT Administration and the National Insurance Board to the effect that your firm has fulfilled the obligations under the Income Tax Act , the Value Added Tax Act and the National Insurance Act to the satisfaction of the Board of Inland Revenue, the VAT Administration and the National Insurance Board respectively.

TENDERERS WHOSE BIDS DO NOT INCLUDE THE ABOVE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT TENDER SUBMISSIONS CAN BE DROPPED OFF, BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:00 AM TO 11:45 AM AND 1:00 PM TO 3:00 PM MONDAYS TO FRIDAYS EXCEPT PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
